Terms of Service

[LEGAL REVIEW NEEDED] Awa provides cloud software for audit engagement document collection, PBC workflow management, and AI-assisted classification support.

[LEGAL REVIEW NEEDED] Firms are responsible for account administration, user access approvals, and maintaining confidentiality of credentials and portal links.

[LEGAL REVIEW NEEDED] Users must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful content, or use Awa to interfere with other customers or systems.

[LEGAL REVIEW NEEDED] Firms retain ownership of their data. Awa processes customer data only to provide, secure, and improve the contracted service.

[LEGAL REVIEW NEEDED] During pilot, service is provided without SLA guarantees. Planned maintenance, upgrades, and occasional outages may occur.

[LEGAL REVIEW NEEDED] Liability limitations, exclusions, and caps must be reviewed and finalized by legal counsel before production use.

[LEGAL REVIEW NEEDED] Either party may terminate according to contract terms. On termination, data export and deletion workflows apply as agreed.
