How slot counting works
An engagement is “active” from when you create it until you lock or archive it. Locked engagements — the ones you've signed off on — don't count toward your limit. This means last year's engagements are free. You only pay for engagements you're actively working on.
Example: A firm with 20 total engagements but only 8 currently in progress needs the Professional plan (15 slots).
